I can't say enough about my talented and beautiful friend McCabe ~ her mermaid warriors class was amazing and so fun filled I can't wait to bring things I learned to my girls. Now ~ she's got the Mermaid Warriors - e class for girls. If you have young children, please sign them up. Our girls need to be empowered!
I just heard about this and I think it's so awesome and had to pass it along, please send in your kids art ~ it can brighten someones world, no better reason, I can think of!
Brene with her TGIF Fridays and her Read Along ~ I couldn't recommend her more. She's wise and hilarious and everything I've listened to has resonated with my soul. I can't thank her enough for everything I've learned these last couple of months through the podcasts and blog posts.

my mermaid friend was telling us all to just write and show our ordinary moments instead of waiting for something profound and I say why the hell not...
nothing profound going on here .... just my life:

trying to figure out ways to take 10 min, hell 5 min to do something for me.
i've found that listening to audio books and podcasts on my commute are helping tremendously and that rocking out in the car with my girls in the back bobbing their heads is just what i need and want.
