some might look at this photo and wonder why i'd keep it
one isn't even looking at the camera
but what's behind the photo is what's worth keeping
a 70 degree day in january
being outside on the grass, having a picnic in the backyard
throwing around the ball, playing in the sandbox
the older one getting a bit jealous when the little one steals the stage
mischief peeks it's head out
a loving arm close around
laughter and giggles
catching a moment in a day full of them....
slowly i crawl out of hibernation
i notice there is light outside
the light is bright, colorful and warm
feels like change is coming
magic is here....
Yes, it's been awhile
Yes, I've had many a thoughts on what to say and when
Yes, I've delayed this many a times
Yes, I believe it's time to merge back into it
Yes, I believe 2009 is going to be the year...
We will see....

I'm going to pick a couple, because that's me. never can pick just one...
First one.
"Connect"
Connection with other like minded people, communities and also connect with myself.
Connect in person, not just online
Connect with me, my body and self
Connect ~ laugh, cry and sing
Connect
Second one.
"Move"
Movement - again, this in "connection" with the above, moving my body, my mind. Getting out of my comfort zone. Pushing ...
Maybe even moving to another place, manifesting what that looks like...
I feel it's my time to soar, my time to stop "thinking" about it all, my time to stop "watching" my life pass me by, my time to "join" in on the fun.
