beauty comes in so many different ways
I made it to the dance class today and the power was on!
It was a beauty to see - all these people in a room dancing, moving, flowing to the beat of the music and to their own beat

Everything came up for me...
All the millions of insecurities and being uncomfortable and the fears ...yes, the fears!
It's so funny what we put ourselves through
But it was good

We always use the metaphor of dancing when talking about life, and problems, and difficult people/situations, and fear, and jumping in without knowing how to do things perfectly, and everything else; but you are really doing it! This is what it means to "Dance with Life". Good for you! Enjoy being thoroughly and completely human in a rich and expressive body. Yay!
Beauty happens...great follow up to Shit Happens. I'm so happy for you...way to go with it, even in the midst of fear and insecurities. I'm so in the same boat when it comes to this kind of thing so I can honestly say I admire you.
