Knowing that it's ok that you didn't do the laundry
Or call everyone back
or email everyone back
or do the dishes
or say the right thing at the right time
or buy that piece of art
or write that journal entry
or ...or...or...or
Being gentle with yourself like you would with someone else who is going through life just a little too fast.

seriously! what a concept... i think that i am being gentle with myself and then i listen to my inner critic and whoa momma! thank u for the reminder.
